Contributed to the takeover of MAS Tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis by Revi Realty, upgrading specifications, restarting construction, and selling out the building in just 8 weeks

2022

Co-founded Venture 27 Property Development to build 2 residential projects in JVC and International City.

2021

Successfully delivered Park View Tower (JVC, Dubai), a 20-story residential building with 280 units acting as a developer's representative.

Co-founded Velo FitLab Sport Equipment Trading, offering professional bike fitting services.

2017

With the Chairman of Revi at National Engineering Bureau (NEB) appointing the main contractor for a project.

2016

Completed a full Ironman race in Klagenfurt (Austria) in 11 hours and 15 minutes.

Joined the Advisory Council at Raffles International School (Dubai, UAE), serving for 5 years.

Furthermore, I adeptly formulated and implemented a strategic plan for the successful parcelled-out sale of these upgraded units.

Our committee played a pivotal role in evaluating and offering opinions on key deals concerning the fund’s assets and management services.

Development and Sale of a Logistic Portfolio Colliers International Italy

In my role as project lead, I orchestrated a comprehensive due diligence process for a logistics portfolio, encompassing existing warehouses and undeveloped lands. Our primary objective was to guarantee a targeted rental yield, a pivotal factor influencing the portfolio’s market valuation. The project concluded triumphantly with the sale of the portfolio to a real estate fund. We secured an agreement to finalize development and ensure property rentals, thereby safeguarding the buyer’s expected Return on Investment (ROI).

In my advisory role, I led the efforts to optimize the yield of this property, prioritizing its preparation for a lucrative resale. Our approach centered on mitigating vacancies and tenant turnover, coupled with elevating rental income. By implementing targeted marketing, property enhancements, and a meticulous review of rental pricing, we effectively reduced vacancies, elevated the portfolio’s attractiveness, and significantly increased income, ensuring a successful and profitable resale.
